“How do I get more patients without spending a ton of money?” I hear that from clinic owners every single week.
In 2026, the answer looks very different than it did a year ago. Most clinic owners haven’t heard about it yet. But the ones who have are getting leads for as little as $3 each.
Here’s the short version: We created a Listings Package that puts your clinic on three big national websites. Then we run ads for you through those websites — in your city — to send patients straight to your door. Instead of paying $30 to $45 per lead on your own, our members are getting leads for $3 to $10. If you want to grow your clinic in 2026, keep reading.

What Is the Listings Package?
Audiology Intelligence helps hearing clinics grow. We do things like run ads, build websites, handle social media, and set up automation. The Listings Package is our newest tool — and it’s built for 2026.
Here’s how it works. We list your clinic on three websites that we own and run. Those websites already have a good name. People trust them. Then we run ads in your area through those websites to bring patients to you.
It’s not just a listing in a directory. It’s a full plan to get you more leads — and we do all the work.
If you’ve been part of Audiology Intelligence before, you may already be on one of these sites. This package puts you on all three and turns on the ads. If you’re brand new, this is a great place to start.
The Three Websites — And What They Do
Each website talks to a different kind of patient. Together, they cover three big reasons people look for a hearing clinic.
ExcellenceinAudiology.org helps people find a great hearing clinic near them. They can type in their zip code and find the closest clinic. If you’re listed, you show up on that map.
MyTinnitusNumber.org helps people who have tinnitus — that ringing or buzzing in the ears. People with tinnitus are often very motivated to find help. This site connects them with clinics that can treat it.
DefeatDementia.com focuses on brain health. More and more people know that hearing loss is linked to memory problems. This site helps people who want to take care of their brain — and sends them to clinics like yours.
All three sites are built and run by us. They all work the same way: bring the right patient to the right clinic.
What's On Your Listing Page
Each clinic gets its own page on all three websites. Here’s what goes on it:
- Your name (or the name of a team member you want to feature)
- A short bio about you
- Your photo
- A link to your Google reviews
- A link to your website
- A tracking phone number so we can see how many calls you get
- A backlink to your website from each of the three sites
That last point — the backlink — is more valuable than most people realize. We’ll explain why below.
The Hidden Bonus: SEO Backlinks
A backlink is a link from another website that points to yours. Google uses these links to decide how trustworthy your website is.
Not all backlinks are the same. A link from a big, trusted health website is worth a lot more than a link from a random page. Our three websites are big, trusted, and all about hearing health — which makes them very valuable.
When you’re listed on all three sites, you get three strong backlinks pointing to your clinic’s website. That helps your site show up higher in Google search. It’s like a bonus that comes with your listing — on top of the leads we’re sending you.
This is part of our bigger picture approach to audiology marketing. Every piece works together to help you get found.
How We Run Ads For You in 2026
This is the part that’s new for 2026 — and it’s a big deal.
In the past, we ran Google search ads for clinics. Google ads can work, but they’re expensive. And newer websites don’t show up as well on Google yet. So the cost was high and the results were limited.
This year, we switched to Facebook and Instagram ads — run through our brand accounts. Here’s why that matters.
Think about it this way. If a patient sees an ad that says “ABC Hearing Clinic,” they don’t know who that is. But if they see an ad from “MyTinnitusNumber.org,” it feels like a trusted health resource — not a sales pitch. That makes them more likely to click. And when more people click, the cost per lead goes way down.
We run these ads in your area, for your type of patients, and send those leads straight to you. You don’t have to do a thing.

The Numbers: What You Pay vs. What We Pay
Here’s where the Listings Package really proves itself. Let’s look at the cost per lead — that’s how much it costs to get one person to raise their hand and say “I’m interested.”
| Website |
Our Cost Per Lead |
What You’d Pay On Your Own |
|---|---|---|
| ExcellenceinAudiology.org | ~$6 | ~$45 |
| MyTinnitusNumber.org | ~$3 | ~$30 |
| DefeatDementia.com | ~$10 | ~$37 |
These are real numbers from real campaigns we’re running right now.
Why is our cost so much lower? Because people trust our brand names. A patient who clicks on a national tinnitus resource is more ready to act than someone who sees an ad from a clinic they’ve never heard of. We built that trust. You benefit from it.
If you’re already running ads — through us or someone else — you’re almost certainly paying too much per lead. This is how you fix that.
What Happens in Your First 30 Days
When you join the full Listings Package, here’s our promise: 100 leads in your first 30 days.
We send those leads right to your email. Or, if you use an automation system, we send them there. Either way, you’ll have real people — in your market — who want to learn more about hearing care.
After that first month, we keep running ads for you all year long. The goal isn’t a one-time boost. It’s a steady flow of leads coming in every month.
This works hand-in-hand with our database marketing and automation services, so you can follow up with leads automatically and turn more of them into patients.
How to Use Your Own Ad Budget More Wisely
Here’s something that surprises most clinic owners: if you already spend money on ads, joining the Listings Package can make that money go much further.
Let’s say you spend $1,000 a month on tinnitus ads. If those ads run under your clinic’s name, you’re paying about $30 per lead. That’s roughly 33 leads a month.
But if you run those same ads through us — under the MyTinnitusNumber.org brand — you pay about $3 per lead. That same $1,000 gets you over 300 leads.
Same money. Ten times the leads.
We run the ads through your own ad account, under our brand name. That means you stay in control of your budget. You just get the benefit of our brand’s reputation. It’s one of the smartest things you can do if you’re already spending on digital ads.
Where Do You Fit In?
Every clinic owner reading this is in a different spot. Here’s a quick way to figure out where you stand.
You’re already a member of Audiology Intelligence but only on ExcellenceinAudiology.org. You’re getting some benefit, but you’re missing out on the tinnitus and brain health audiences. Upgrading to the full Listings Package gets you on all three sites and turns on the full ad strategy.
You signed up for MyTinnitusNumber.org on your own back in 2025. We’ve taken over that site. To get the full benefit — including ads running for you — you need to be on the full package.
You’re not on any of our platforms yet. This is a clean starting point. The Listings Package is the first thing to look at.
Because every clinic is different, we don’t have a one-size-fits-all price. The best next step is a quick conversation. You can text us, email us, or bring it up on our next monthly call. We’ll figure out exactly where you stand and what makes sense for your clinic.
Check out our membership options to see what’s included at each level.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between being on one site vs. all three?
Being on all three means you reach three different groups of patients. Tinnitus patients, brain health patients, and general hearing care patients. More reach means more leads. The ads also run across all three at the same time, which makes them more powerful together.
Do I have to be an Audiology Intelligence member already?
No. Some clinics join the Listings Package as their very first step with us. Others are already members and are upgrading. We’ll figure out the right fit for you.
What happens after the first 30 days?
We keep running ads for you all year. The 100-lead guarantee is just the start. The real value is the steady flow of leads that comes in every month after that.
Can I use my own ad budget with your brand?
Yes — if you do digital ads with us. We can run your ads through our brand name using your own ad account. You keep control of your money, and you get our lower cost per lead. It’s one of the best ways to stretch a tight marketing budget.
What if I'm already listed but not getting leads?
That’s the most common thing we hear. A listing alone doesn’t bring leads. The ads are what make it work. If you’re listed but not seeing results, it means ads aren’t running for you yet. The full package turns that on.
Do I have to be an audiologist to join?
No. Our network includes both audiologists and hearing instrument specialists. What matters is that you’re committed to helping your patients — not what degree is on your wall.
