Originally from Southern California, Jeana relocated to St. George, Utah six years ago and found her footing in the audiology marketing world not through a traditional path, but through direct, hands-on training with Jared Brader, one of the leading voices in audiology practice growth. Over the past two years, that mentorship has shaped her into a specialist with a deep, practical understanding of what actually moves the needle for hearing care practices.
What makes Jeana’s contribution to the Audiology Intelligence team distinct is her command of offline marketing, the channels that many digital-first agencies overlook entirely. Direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertising, radio, physician marketing, educational symposiums, and community outreach are all areas she works in directly. For audiology practices whose patient base skews older and more community-rooted, those channels are often where the highest-value patients are actually reached.
She also developed the marketing tracking spreadsheet now used across more than 40 audiology practices, giving clinic owners a clear, consistent way to monitor their marketing performance month over month. Alongside that, she has trained marketing coordinators at practices across the country on how to run and manage their own marketing programs effectively, a role that requires not just knowledge, but the ability to teach it.
Outside of work, Jeana is a reader, a swimmer, a proud dog mom, and a first responder wife.
